Questions parents ask

How old do the children need to be?

From newborns to twelve. Babies under six months are looked after by sitters with newborn experience only.

Can we have the same sitter every time?

Yes, and we try hard to. Regular families keep their sitter, with a second one they have met for holidays and sick days.

What if our child is unwell or has allergies?

Tell us when you book and write it on the note. Every sitter has paediatric first aid; we never give medicines that are not on your note.

Do sitters do bedtime and bath?

Yes, as on your note: bath, teeth, stories and lights out at the time you choose.

How do we pay?

One bill at the end of the month, by bank transfer or card, or use the hours from a pack.

What if we need to cancel?

Free until 24 hours before. After that we pay the sitter for two hours, and so do you.
